Kitsilano Showboat
The flooring surface is something like polished fibreglass, and creates the best surface for amateur dancers to work on their skills. Often, there is another dance couple, as well, orsome sunbathers, as the weather warms up.I only wished some of the electrical outlets worked, for public use, so blue tooth things could be charged. And maybe 1 spotlight, so I could dance after dark.

The Kitsilano Showboat has been around for along time. Looking for something to do on a summers eve. Checkout their website for shows. Usually over the summer on Friday and Saturday night and during special events. Local talent with a beautiful view of the north shore mountains I’ve brought family and friends here for decades great FREE entertainment

The Kitsilano Showboat is an iconic outdoor venue and they have fantastic shows during the summer. It is fun to be able to sit and watch a performance with such a breathtaking background. There are lots of seats available and there is always a good variety of shows happening.

Kitsilano Showboat
The Kitsilano Showboat was begun in 1935 and is organized as a performance stage and event focus for amateur performance over the summertime..this showboat structure was built in 1954..the 2020 season has been postponed due to COVID-19 ...one really nice feature about this location is the many parks and bicycle pathways in the immediate area..Granville Island can be reached along the Kitsilano Beach pathway which follows this southern section of the Burrard Inlet..

Beautiful sunsets, and swing dancing on Thursdays in in the summer. :) DJed music and dancing. What more can you want?(Sometimes there's also live music)

We perform at Kits Showboat annually and we are always treated so well. The showboat staff are welcoming and helpful. Tonight's MCs were Carole and Debbie and they did a wonderful job announcing our show. Congratulations to the Showboat Society on your 84th year!
